Order Processing & Lead Time

All items from Oh It’s Personal are custom-made and personalised to your specifications.

Our standard production lead time is 7–10 working days from the date of payment confirmation. Production will only begin once full payment has been received and cleared.

Please note that lead time refers to manufacturing time only and excludes courier transit time.

During peak seasons (wedding season, holidays, promotional periods), production times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, customers will be notified via email.


Shipping Options

We currently offer the following delivery methods:

The Courier Guy – Door-to-Door Delivery

Flat Rate: R150
Delivery directly to your provided address.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

Johannesburg & Pretoria:
1–2 business days

Major Cities (Rest of South Africa):
2–3 business days

Regional & Outlying Areas:
3–5 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

Oh It’s Personal cannot be held responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been handed over.


Urgent / Rush Orders

If you require your order urgently, please email us at info@ohitspersonal.co.za before placing your order to confirm availability.

Rush orders:

  • Are subject to availability
  • Will incur an additional fee
  • Must be confirmed in writing before payment

Placing an urgent order without prior confirmation does not guarantee expedited production.


Out of Stock Items

In the unlikely event that a product or material becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, you will be contacted via email.

You will have the option to:

  • Wait for restocking (subject to supplier ETA), or
  • Receive a full refund for the affected item

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required upfront before production begins.
  • Orders not paid within 48 hours of placement will be automatically cancelled.
  • Payment confirmation must reflect in our account before processing.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion.


Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete.

Oh It’s Personal will not be liable for:

  • Incorrect addresses supplied by customers
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Additional courier fees due to address errors

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information, re-delivery fees will apply.


Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the parcel has been collected by the courier company.

While we take every precaution to ensure your order is packaged securely, we cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or delays once the parcel is in transit.

However, we will gladly assist in tracking your shipment and liaising with the courier where necessary.
